2018
The Foundation
Centers For Living began with a simple mission: to provide housing and heart for those left behind. Our first transitional home opened its doors in Fresno.
2020
Expanding Support
We introduced Case Management services, recognizing that a roof alone isn't enough to build a new life. Our community centered approach began to take root.
2023
A Milestone of Hope
Reaching three decades of service, we launched specific programs for those reentering from incarceration, providing critical second chances.
2026
Enhanced Care Presence
Now an Enhanced Care Management provider, Centers For Living integrates medical, social, and housing support into one unified pathway to stability.
